Emirates Goes On A Hiring Spree For Cabin Crew, Pilots And Ground Services Staff

Emirates Group has unveiled a significant recruitment drive, seeking to add approximately 17,300 employees by the end of its fiscal year in March. This expansion includes roles across cabin crew, pilots, engineers, and dnata ground services, accounting for over 4,000 jobs alone in operations like catering and cargo handling. The group has organized more than 2,100 open days and talent events across 150 cities worldwide to support this effort. The initiative aligns with Dubai’s D33 economic growth plan and supports its increasing tourism trend, which saw 8.68 million overnight visitors in the first five months of 2025—a 7% year‑on‑year increase.
